TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. Booking and Payment

  1. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive full contact details of the property for your stay.

  2. A deposit or advance payment may be required to secure the booking; the terms will be specified at the time of booking.

  3. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and cash (or local equivalent) unless otherwise specified.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  1. Check-in time begins at 14:00 (2 PM). If you expect to arrive earlier, please notify us in advance; while the unit may not yet be available, you may wait in a common area or similar.

  2. Check-out time is by 11:00 (11 AM) on the day of departure.

  3. Late departures or early arrivals outside these windows may incur additional charges and must be approved in advance.

3. Cancellation and Prepayments

  1. Cancellation and prepayment policies will depend on the type of booking selected. These will be clearly communicated at the time of the booking.

  2. Any refunds due from cancellation will be processed according to the relevant policy provided.

4. Occupancy, Beds & Guests

  1. The number of guests stated at the time of booking must be accurate, including the ages of any children.

  2. The property accepts children of all ages.

  3. Extra beds or baby cots may be subject to availability and additional cost (or may not be available) — these must be arranged in advance.

5. House Rules & Restrictions

  1. Pets are not allowed on the premises, unless explicitly accepted in advance.

  2. Parties or events are not permitted unless previously agreed in writing.

  3. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas (if applicable); smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.

  4. Guests must respect other residents’ peace and keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings.

6. Use of Property & Facilities

  1. You will have access to all amenities specified for your unit (for example: WiFi, kitchen/kitchenette, balcony, terrace, garden area).

  2. You agree to treat the accommodation, furnishings and equipment with care and leave them in a clean and orderly state.

  3. The guest is responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning required; costs may be deducted from deposit or invoiced.

7. Liability & Safety

  1. The owner or management is not liable for personal injury, loss or theft of personal items during the stay, except in cases of proven negligence.

  2. Use of any outdoor facilities (balcony, terrace, stairs etc.) is at your own risk. Children must be supervised by their accompanying adult(s).

  3. It is the guest’s responsibility to report any damage or maintenance issue promptly.

8. Arrival Notification & Communication

  1. Guests must inform the property of their expected time of arrival in advance.

  2. If your arrival time changes, please notify us as soon as possible so proper arrangements can be made.

9. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

  1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which the property is located.

  2. In the event of a dispute, the matter will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

10. Amendments

  1. The property owner reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  2. Any changes will be published on the official website and will apply to future bookings; bookings confirmed prior to the change will remain governed by the terms applicable at that time.
